Alghanim International has a built a Learning & Development center in order to maintain the leading edge by high quality workforce. Employees are periodically trained and their skills are advanced through internal as well as external specialists who have a vast knowledge and experience in the industry. Employees are encouraged to demonstrate initiative, communication skills and a commitment towards company goals and achieve technical excellence. The L&D program is not only for the internal staff but also extended to Kuwait University graduates to inspire them towards prospective career opportunities.
