Al-Razi Hospital Expansion

Alghanim Facility Management Company is responsible for the total upkeep of the premier orthopedic hospital with state of the art facility constructed to provide the most modern orthopedic equipment available in the region. Number of Floors: Basement, Ground, First Floor and the typical floors are From Second floor to 11th floor. Total number of patients bed are 240.

Scope of Works

Scope of work is to carry out the guaranteed successful operation, preventive running maintenance and corrective maintenance of all the works of the building, equipment and external works within the boundary of the building. The scope of work includes all Medical systems and equipment as well as non-medical systems such as electrical systems, mechanical systems, architectural and finishes works, elevators, window cleaning system, building management system and landscaping.

Audi Showroom

The Audi Showroom is one the largest and most modern showrooms of Audi automotive ever built, having state of the art facility for sales, service and administration of Audi vehicles. The building was specially designed to bring about an ambience of luxury to suit the class of the product that differenciates Audi apart.


Scope of Works

The scope of work is to carry out the entire Operation and Maintenance of the building for the electro- mechanical works including emergency power station, electrical main switch boards, distribution boards, bus ducts, telephone system, public address system, CCTV system, fire alarm system, building management system, plumbing and fire fighting system, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevators & escalators as well as architectural and finishes works.
